About
E3 was founded by Morgan, a long time oncology nurse. Morgan has been in the healthcare space since 2017 and has spent the vast majority of her career as an oncology infusion nurse helping to support oncology patients through their treatments and beyond. She founded E3 after recognizing what a fundamental gap our healthcare system has created, specifically in oncology patients, because healthcare providers almost never have the time to spend on educating patients regarding their diagnosis, procedures, and treatments. She has earned the prestigious board certification, OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) from the ONCC as well as both her nursing degrees and Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Engineering. She has spent copious time within all of her professional roles not only educating patients but mentoring & precepting other nurses, conducting new patient education sessions, and reading oncology textbooks (for fun!).
Mission
Our Mission is very simple, but our task may not be.
Our goal is to help patients and loved ones who have been affected by either a cancer or any other life-altering acute illness diagnosis. If either applies to you, chances are you and/or your family & loved ones have been to a million doctor's appointments and likely have been through scans, bloodwork, procedures and maybe even surgery. But have you left any of these feeling heard and truly educated? In my experience as an oncology nurse, I have found quite the opposite to be true. When patients reach me at their first treatment appointment (and even frequently when they are already mid-treatment), they are riddled with paralyzing anxiety and overwhelm. It has been my supreme joy to transform the healthcare and oncology treatment journey for so many patients by offering genuine compassion, care, and education.
